UPCOMING EVENTS
Ever since you were a young child you have had a craving in your
heart for something more. When you are young you wanted freedom
so you tried to climb out of the play pin. In elementary school you start writing
notes asking girls or guys to be your boyfriend or girlfriend because you wanted a relationship, you crave love. Go to any bookstore in the religion section and notice how many books there are on the shelves about different religions...why so many? Something inside of us urges us to look for something bigger than ourselves, so we search for truth. Our world encourages all of us, especially students, to try to find fulfillment in worldly things but the Bible gives us the answer to what it is that we need to bring us happiness and to complete us.
"The theif comes only to kill, steal, and to destroy, but I have come so that you may have life. Life to the full." (John 10:10)
That something we crave is a relationship with the God, through Jesus Christ.
When: Every Wednesday Night 6:15-7:45 p.m Who: Jr.& Sr. High This a great opportunity to experience God through worship, friendship, group activities, and so much more. We have a great band as well and are constantly looking for more people to serve who are blessed musically. As always you are encouraged to bring a friend or seven friends, whatever....just come and be apart of something exciting.

Who: High School students
We are trying to riase money to free one girl from slavery, this is in conjuction with Rapha House. It will take $1000 to buy one girl from this horrible lifestyle, and our students are dedicated to seeing this happen. If you would like more information please contact Jeff Hale or Josh Cooper.
CCU Winter Weekend
When: Jan. 30-Feb 1 Who: High School Students
Come hang out for a weekend with your friends as we worship God and hang out on the the campus of CCU. This is going to be a great weekend so please sign-up & pay by Jan 18th. Cost is $60 per person. This covers breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. So students will need money for Dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Lunch on Sunday.
H.S. Mission Trip Training
The training this Sat.(Jan. 10) at Okolona C.C. (Fireside Room) from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. with lunch included. If you can't get a ride please meet at the church before 8:40 a.m.
Catching a Passion for Purity Girls Lock-In
When:Jan. 23-24 Where: F.C.C.C. Who: Middle & High School Girls Cost: $10
No matter where you stand with your sexual purity, you are so precious to God and to so many people. If you would like a night to be pampered, discuss topics which aren't often talked about, and to feel like a princess come check this out. Check out the Facebook group on our FCCC Student Ministry Facebook page. Please sign-up and pay by Jan. 18th.
